I use Facebook it keeps me in touch with family and I feel included with their lives especially niece's and nephews who are scattered all over the place.I sometimes wonder even if my account were hacked what use would my ramblings be of use to anyone?

I use Facebook regularly but, like anything else, you need to be discerning.If something is interesting, read it or respond to it.
If it is something uninteresting or you don't like it, scroll past it.
I have said this many times, but I'll say it yet again: I am a great believer in freedom of speech. Attempting to ban something only serves to pique the interest of those who hear about it.
Simply let people make their own minds up about its value.
