If you mean paying closer attention to what you're eating and trying to eat healthier in order to get in shape/lose weight/better your health type of thing, I've been doing THAT for the past 30 years.

Registered this forum recently and have started new Diet today for 2018 !
I am focusing on raw food more and drinking green tea with gallons of water daily. I have planned to lose extra lbs so working out with diet plans to meet my fitness goals.
I haven't been too successful since New Years, but right now, I am dieting 6 days a week, then I am having a treat day where I can eat and drink anything I want....
After I get used to this, I will graduate to a treat day, just once a month.....then hopefully by that time, I will be able to kick the treat day to the curb.....
