Good Morning Monday

Good morning everyone,

Wakey, wakey, it's here again !

I have a 'Crafty' friend coming to spend the day with me. We are going to play with the foiling machine and i am also going to show her how to make those origami water lilies.

Lunch is already made - just needs heating through. Mushroom and garlic soup and home made bread rolls.

Her hubby is joining us later and we will have an afternoon tea type picnicy thing - cheese (lots) and biscuits, cakes, rhubarb and custard, and 'do it yourself' sandwiches - in other words - homemade wholemeal bread, tuna, ham, or corned beef, and salad - with a selection of chutneys/sauces - so they can make up their own fillings.

It could be messy - but it will be fun!!

Another clear blue sky here this morning, looks like being another warm one.

Our dog Alfie is well on the mend after spraining his back leg last week, but just taking him back to the vet this morning for the follow up appointment to get him signed off. Bath time for both dogs then, and then we will clip them tomorrow.

Oooh I can't picture Tabby dressed like that! After all, she has already decided that her guests sandwiches should be made by themsleves!

She is more of a chef than a waitress!

I don't know I think ST would look good in Uniform.

Its dull outside and a bit nippy at the moment, but warmer later.

Silver T you don't do things by half do you.

I've been to the docs this morning already and had a tick removed out of my foot. The head at least. He told me years ago that if I go there between seven and eight he'll see me straight away. It's great.

Off to pick up Mrs K. this morning from Stuttgart airport. She's flying back from Sweden. I can't wait for them to take a minimum of €7.00 off me to park my car there.
