I have noticed recently that my phone has a program on it where it can act like my debit card for contactless payments anyway. I'm not sure now after reading your replies whether its such a good idea.

It used to be so much more secure paying for stuff with 'Coin of the realm' With every new piece of technology comes another list of security issues.....

Yes, they could hit you over the head and steal your cash, but they didn't get access to your bank account....

It's all a fore-runner for implementing human RFID chips, inserting them under your skin.

Then bank cards won't exist at all.
