I have to. I have relatives who would object to phoning a mobile to speak to me as they only have PAYG. A landline is an absolute necessity. An expensive one, though!

And I have broadband too.

One of my credit card companies needed a landline number for me.

The actual phone I've got is one of those retro trim phones which doesn't have a display and is straight out of 1975. It is orange and yellow - pretty ugly but I don't use it often.

yes I have a landline,would never phone a builder,alextrician,plumber etc who didn't have one,like to know theres an address at the end of the line,and they know I have an address.

Oh, haha, sorry. There's a city in British Columbia, Canada called Surrey.
