nice looking dog. Pity the back leg was not 4 square but that is animals for you. Nice to see the angle the dog was photographed at, and the dog facing uphill to show him of at the best

Thank you for your kind replies. His name is Oliver, he's a Bobtail Boxer and I've had him from a puppy, he's a supreme athlete and oh so gentle with smaller dogs. I have another Boxer as well, she's an old lady now. I'll dig up a photo of her and some of my past Boxers and post them, seeing as there are obviously some Boxer lovers on here. Thank you.

I have noticed that some boxers have different shaped faces to others, are they slightly different breeds or is it just pot luck?

Hi Longdogs, Thanks for your comment, There are slight variations that can give a good idea of the dogs lineage. However any significant difference is usually the result of poor breeding.
