Trauma v Collateral

Two new dramas both starring John Simm.

I thought Collateral was too Left wing biased, too many political messages, (Typical BBC) so will not be watching any more.

Trauma however held my attention. The acting is good and also stars Adrian Lester who is always superb.

Anyone watching either of these?

Yes - I am watching 'Trauma' with one of my neighbours. The acting is superb and the story line intriguing!

Re: Trauma v Collateral

I recorded Collateral because I admire Carey Mulligan.
The one about the surgeon sounded soooooo miserable I didn't fancy it.

Re: Trauma v Collateral

Started watching Collateral for around fifteen minutes, it looks like it could be a good drama. Recorded the rest of it to view later so will reserve judgement.

I think Trauma is a bit dark for me, I'm still with it but I dunno it just seems a bit too deep... are people really like that?

Re: Trauma v Collateral

I didn't bother with Collateral, it just didn't appeal.
Trauma is very good, different than the usual modern dramas. I think the main protagonist sums up how some folk would feel in that situation. Well written and acted.
Love the surgeon, he's so handsome.
I can't wait to see how it ends.

Re: Trauma v Collateral

Didn't fancy Trauma, not keen on watching disturbed people obsessed with something (nutters) so watched Collateral instead and found some very good actors in there with a decent storyline, I'm looking forward to the next one.
