This is the Mal we had, Samson.
He'd been abused, and came to us as a very timid 18 month old. Became a super dog. And boy, could he howl. And talk!!
He was 13 in this picture.
The red thing on his neck was to support a cancerous growth.
The lump was unable to be removed because of its location and he wasn't a candidate for surgery at this point.
We lost him about 9 months after this was taken.

nice pic lmb,,,,,,,,lol,the howling,like wolves,i used to shout and it stopped instantly. cant say I miss the howling lol
