Undercover inside the Priory Channel 4

This is on just now. Really disturbing footage of how seriously mentally ill patients are treated in a secure unit (filmed by an undercover reporter).

They leave the door to the medicine room open (a no no), and then assault a patient who tries to get in. But it's their fault for not being more careful.

It's a tough job but staff can easily lose the understanding that patients are in another world and need kindness not cruelty.
