Well,

Yes and no.
She has business cards etc but does not really seem to push it.
The commissions she has done were by word of mouth.

I used to work in advertising and illustrators of your wife's ability were paid a fortune. Not sure if it's quite the same these days though with computerised artwork. Unfortunately computers really destroyed the artistic side of advertising.
