They had no restraint.one example was two young women caught holding a make-up party....taken to a disusedfootball stadium, knelt in front if hundreds of onkookers and shot through the head.
Another was an autistic guy that suffered from dwarfism (? ) beheaded because he spoke to Afghan troops.
The list is endless.
The majority of people were happy to see foriegn troops...they presented hope of escaping the rule of the Taliban.

Now it's estimated that 7.8m are in education and 2.9m are female.
25+% of government employees are women.
