As usual, you misunderstand..

Clearly I didn't ........(forget your thread about mugs like me who sit through the adverts etc etc).

Coogan was on being interviewed by fan John Bishop last night, and he said because the tale was so grim and depressingly sad, he tried to lighten things up somewhat to make it watchable.
