How can I say this politely ??

Are you a dumb tushie or a smart tushie ?

The dumb will join in, while the smart ones won't ..
because the dumb ones know how to have fun, or
maybe I am wrong maybe the smart ones know how to have fun ...


For myself I am a smart tushie Monday , and Friday ...
rest of the week I am dumb or not sure if it is the other way ...
Maybe I am just dumb always ...

I am writing this for people who seem to always
have the perfect answer ... or they think they do...
or I think they don't ...
