Fritters you make with anything. Never tried cauliflower.

Delicious!
Ohhhh my gosh. I'm buying cauliflower soon just to make this. It sounds so simple, yet so delicious. I love cauliflower soup and also mashed cauliflower. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

I prepare cauliflower the same way as cabbage and brussel sprouts - chop them into small pieces and chuck the lot in the compost.

First put it in saucepan with water and other veg and cook lightly. A saucepan full does 2-3 days.

Any left-overs put in soup and freeze.
