Re: Dog Poow

Dave your first thread has surprised me - Not at all what I expected.
Anyway no, I find the streets very dog mess free in Sweetie county.

I realise she must have some disability but even so they make scoopers with long arms but she didn't even make any attempt to clear up after her dogs.
This was on a grass area that both children and adults use.

The park has a dog walk area that is the complete length of the park 525 yards long, I know this as I measured it as I tried applying to re-home a dog and needed the information for my application letter. The dog area also has a path suitable for mobility scooters.

It really annoys me that these sort of owners get responsible owners a bad name. 😤

There is a woman on a mobility scooter in my local park who always does this MC.

She also lets the greyhound/lurcher off lead as soon as it gets inside the gate, and it takes off at about 50 mph and she has no idea whatsoever where it is after that.

She has no idea if it is eating someone's cat, pooing in the play area, or run out of the park and heading into town for all she knows. It is much too far away to hear her calling, even if she tried.

As disgusting as that sounds, it is true. I remember the white lumpy ones.

I blame those immigrant dogs with their foreign poo..there is nothing better than good white British dog poo.
I have one of those foldable pooper scoopers so when Fang Der Wunderhund, our Yorkie decides to do a dump then it’s easy to pick up...I mean I don’t want to get down there close and personal to a lump of warm dog shit do I ?

Re: Dog Poow

Middle of summer before last I got so cross I complained to the council about our local park. Next morning I nearly fell over when I arrived as there were 7 people, police, park warden, dog warden, council employees all circling the park waiting for dogs to poo ! Sadly only one day but the park was cleanest I've ever seen.

That trend must not be in fashion any more?!
Now that's another subject altogether. If you go along roads where lorries park at night in lay-bys. You can see bags hanging in the trees full of all sorts.
