Lists that's the answer ! I make a list on a Sunday evening of all I need to accomplish through the week and I cross off what I've done each day. Add to it as things occur during the week and try to make sure very little is passed on from one weeks list to another.Be realistic though don't put so much on you are going to fail every week that makes you feel bad.
