Also not to worry when you make a wonderfully well constructed full of meaning and deep understanding post, and it gets ignored. 😖

Not to get bothered if you post and suddenly you realise that after your post the thread dies and you think you killed it. You may well of. 😶

Don't get involved with trolls posting who are just itching for an argument or to have an excuse to insult you and what you post. 😤

Realise that some posters have absolutely no interest in you or what you post. 😠

Swim I have no idea what prompted that response but I find that there are many people I consider to be friends, that I met via the internet.
I always think that a good friend doesn't always say what you want to hear, they tell you the truth! After all who wants a friend that isn't honest with you?

Have you changed in any way since joining a Forum?

You can answer this question as seriously or as funny as you like!
A few golden rules to avoid being banned from these sites.

Don't admit to buying The Daily Mail (and liking it). Dailymailophobia has never been so virulent. Their hatred towards it - and by extension its readers, has never been so bitter.

Don't point out any "elephants in the room" when it comes to certain issues.

Don't be too good when it comes to out-debating the snowflakes and mass unfettered immigration zealots. It will give them no other option than to silence you. They simply cannot take it.

I think it is sometimes safer not to enter into some discussions.

I always think that sometimes, it is best to turn a blind ear at times.
