No English Referees going to Russia.

Should England be pulling out of the World Cup in Russia in the summer ? Well it seem English referees have been given any choice. None have been chosen to go.

Does this mean we won't be getting endless television programmes about the world cup, or even no televised matches??? - whoopee!!!
