I just tried that! Fabulous relaxation technique .. but when you get to the last line ..Bum going deeper and deeper into the chair ... do you find your buttocks automatically clench. I did.

Yea, trying to keep the bulges from making contact with the cushion

I can't believe I'm typing this on an open forum
I came across a helpful blog a couple of year ago. This bloke recommended trying to pull them in (like pelvic floor exercises) throughout the day, sitting 3-4 times in a warm bath, even ice cubes.

Moan.
