I could spend some time sitting by that water, Alan, must attrack some birds, doesn't it? Still much too cold to venture out in this area. Expect sub zero temps tonight.

I've nothing much planned for today except going for a swim with my daughter this afternoon. Can't think what to have for dinner tonight so a trip to the shops is needed.

Good morning fellow members fingers crossed the new bedroom carpets should arrive today and I will sleep in my bed tonight instead of on the floor (I moved the furniture out on Wednesday so I could take up the old carpet ) .

It will be lovely to have some normality back, everything is in one room at the moment and I can't find a thing.

Good afternoon all, not a bad day here, a bit warmer than yesterday. Had some painting to do earlier, it's all over me, I'm a very sloppy painter that's why herself never lets me paint anything thank God, this was a window in the shed where she has no jurisdiction whatsoever, so I can just enjoy meself and slap it on Milosevic.

Turned out not to be such a great day... Our last three hens were gobbled up by Mr Fox this afternoon... Right under our noses!!! Really upset...should have kept a closer eye...was always a hazard !

Have a west end visit tomorrow to see The Ruling Class with James McAvoy so that will be nice x
