Capital gains tax

Had a very pleasant surprise today. had a statement of accounts from our accountant to do with when we had the kennels. Yes it has taken up to now to sort out capital gains tax ( the difference between buying the business and selling it, not the house). Looks as if we don't have to pay as much as we expected

real speed, When I sold a second house that I owned, I used an accountant and didn't have to pay as much in Capital Gains as I thought. I think the £350, I paid to the accountant was well worth it.
