If you knew the area you don't know how close you are to being spot on. it is just a stones throw from Sandown race course. Worked in another private road nearby and it had guards questioning anyone visiting and they rang through to the property to see if they were expecting visitors. I even had to show them my work docket first

This house I worked in belonged to an oil sheik , to give some idea of value the caretaker lived in a 4 bed house in the grounds. every house in the road at the time were worth nothing less than 4/5 million pounds and a lot more now 30 years later on. He bought the property for his wife to go to the races on 3 days in the year, the rest of the time not used.
Just walking in the lounge your feet disappeared in the carpet and the table and chairs I had never seen the like with gold edging on them sittings for at least 12 places. That is not even mentioning its own heli pad

White, white and more white, you can't go wrong with that. Then add the colour with furnishings, wall hangings and rugs.

Too cold you can get some really good neutrals that are off white now.
