Mine was a cousin.
He'd borrowed a considerable sum to start his business on the promise of repayment if successful. It was a risk I took because he was related.

12 months later he bought a car, took a Caribbean holiday and was flashing the cash, none of it my way.

After months of suggesting a payment plan he stopped answering my calls and avoided family gatherings.

I issued a summons and he paid cash before the court date.

He was a snake.

None. I don't harbour grudges though he thinks I was out of order.
The bank of Terry was his only option and he abused it.

I took all the risk, willing to lose it if he failed but not when he was becoming successful, sod that for a game of soldiers.
