Lunch was a nice crusty roll and sliced tomato. Dinner is Scotch pie with beans. Haven't had that for ages!

I've had a big breakfast, so won't have anything until later in the day when I'm going for a late afternoon sparkling tea. No cooking or dishes - yipee!

Dinner was a Chinese delivery. Chicken chow mein, with thin noodles and plenty of prawn crackers for my son and I. Delicious and a nice treat

I've had two crumpets for breakfast and for a change a large decaf coffee but have to say I do prefer a cuppa
