Well you hear about these men who go abroad and come back with young wives, so you'll have to go and find yourself a sugar daddy on one of your trips.
Problem is I don't think I'd qualify as a young wife...

Re: High Maintenance

I like good food, I like having my 5 guitars and my Canon SLR camera (although I could live without them if necessary), and I love coffee. Apart from that..... I dress from charity shops (so I dress in better quality clothes than I could afford to buy new), I cut my own hair and don't go on holidays. I think I'm pretty cheap to run really!

Re: High Maintenance

Your guitars are part of your creativity and your camera captures the moment, so you don't want to live without them.

Re: High Maintenance

Are we talking money/possessions or emotional high maintenance?

The former never however i used to be emotionally needy in my 20's and 30's when I wasn't sure who i was etc.

Not any more.

I do find some men to be hugely emotionally high maintenance...very needy greedy baby, as the saying goes.

Re: High Maintenance

Yes, some people are more high maintenance emotionally, I think I prefer the other kind. Less wearing.

Re: High Maintenance

Yes I agree. Having been emotionally high maintenance in the past I find those people really tiring now...rather like someone who's given up smoking not being able to tolerate smokers around them lol

Re: High Maintenance

I can't think of many people who I could class as emotionally high maintenance. Jeez, these threads are making me feel luckier every day . I'm living in paradise

Just don't show me the "pathetic, poor woman, fluttery eyes" look. Now that I cannae be dain wi.

I hate to witness it though. It's cringeworthy to me.
