Steak salad and jacket potatoes to welcome daughter home from uni!... Although I shall regret it when I have to cheese wire my gums with floss to get the wretched bits out!!!

Dinner was stir fry veg and chicken with just a spoonful of couscous. I'm trying to get used to my low carb diet.

sounded lovely and super healthy! My kinda meal!!! It's hard sometimes but stick with it! " it's for the greater good" !!!!

Thanks DM. I've only been on it a week and trying really hard. Breakfast is the worst meal as I used to eat fruit thinking it was healthy. Didn't realise all the sugar that was in everything.

It was a turkey salad granary roll for lunch and a banana.

Dinner is chicken and bacon pasta with caesar salad.
