cheese on toast

Mum and hubby had steak but I couldn't face it. Thoroughly enjoyed the cheese on toast though

Defrosting some turkey mince which I will cook in a saucepan with onion and a dollop of Bovril, for flavouring. I did some for myself awhile ago when doing it for Holly, and decided I quite liked it.

(She can still have her normal stuff! Not enough for her, lol.)

Guess what? It wasn’t turkey mince after all!! One packet was beef mince, the other might have been sausage meat. I ended up with fish fingers, potato croquettes and peas. Not quite as tasty.

I need to make a meat loaf and have emailed a few neighbours, asking for an egg. Thrown out five date expired ones and don’t plan on buying more.
