Defrosting some turkey mince which I will cook in a saucepan with onion and a dollop of Bovril, for flavouring. I did some for myself awhile ago when doing it for Holly, and decided I quite liked it.Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?
Guess what? It wasn’t turkey mince after all!! One packet was beef mince, the other might have been sausage meat. I ended up with fish fingers, potato croquettes and peas. Not quite as tasty.
