never do this on a cruise

when you have two sister ships ( Brittania and Azura) docked side by side, each with around 3,000 passanger, never be among the last to board. Some were and a tremendous cheer went up, not heard/shown on this video.

They must have felt terrible walking between them

It's tradition matey.

Anyone who misses the "back on board" deadline and has the ship waiting for them is subjected to humiliation with all passengers on deck to cheer or clap them in. Happens a fair bit.

Yes Realspeed, we witnessed that last year aboard the Britannia when an unfortunate couple were returned to the dockside at Lisbon in one of those Puks (Those little three wheel taxis) it almost tipped over as it sped around the corner. Just about everyone on the ship was assembled topside for the sail away party and gave them a rousing welcome...
