I don't mind if it's not too strong, my swimming costumes all smell of it as I swim nearly every day and even after a wash the smell still lingers. But I hate it on me or in my hair..

I aim to shower every day and wash my hair in shower every other day. It's a bit pointless washing your bits in the sink if you can get in the shower for a few minutes.

I usually wash my hair every three days in the shower and use the shampoo for my body. I get in the shower every day for a sluice down, but don't use soap and the water is only warm, not hot. Any other cleansing I do is with baby wipes and I also have some all-in-one cleanser/moisturiser for my face, neck and anywhere else I can reach. I have a sensitive skin which cannot tolerate much soaping. Just about every soap I have tried makes me itch and come out in a rash.
