We have just had: Fresh Salmon Steaks marinated in Ginger & Lime with Boiled Potatoes, Mixed spicy peppers and Peas.

Had a cheese roll with ham and tomato in for lunch...shall be having creamy mash with tinned ham (best bit is the jelly if its been refrigerated first) and eggs too for dinner

Hi

I will be having pancakes made by a six year old.

There will be enough for breakfast tomorrow judging by the amount she has got on her

She likes colour, so we have made some blue ones for her brother and red ones for mum and dad for valentines day.

I am on ,my own for dinner tonight so I am having something I like but nobody else does,
Lambs liver with bacon and onions, in a rich gravy, served with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. mmmm!

Only three of us today. Am cooking a stuffed turkey joint with roast potatoes, carrots, leeks in cheese sauce, sprouts and Yorkshire puds and gravy.

dessert is a bought lemon swirl cheesecake.
