That's fine as long as you have a local baker.
The last village baker retired and shut up shop years ago.
His old shop is now an Indian Take-Away!

we buy ours from local bakery as they are the best around trouble is they are quite dear though

I do. Even better, because they are Buddhists, they are open Christmas Day and all over Easter.



...and their bread is cheaper than the supermarket (except for the supermarket's own brand crap)

This is probably very good advice Realist, but sadly proper bakers are getting fewer and fewer, because supermarkets take all their business. Most of us have got used to the mass produced stuff but, when I used to visit France, the produce from the small patisseries was a million times better than anything you could buy in a supermarket.
