Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Awww, poopie on the guilt, lol. When 'dieting' and trying to eat right and/or lose weight, we'll always have guilt. But we shouldn't. We can't expect to go the rest of our lives without our favorite treats. We just have to learn to see them as just that - treats. Occasional little pleasures that we count as an enjoyed experience and move on. And I also learned I'm not happy choking down foods that I don't particularly like or that cause me problems just because they're healthy or because somebody says that's what I should be eating.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.

Busy day today so had--Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Had a difficult day today-I was really worried about her--the vet says she has an abscess on her bottom--antibiotics and painkillers will soon sort her. !!Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
That's one thing I don't have a problem doing, drinking lots of water. I love water and drink it all day long. Bottled water (ice cold, of course) at work and I keep a glass of ice water on the kitchen counter at all times at home.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Oh Linda--that is brilliant---my weight loss is about the same so far--but it seems to be so slow at the moment--but definately better than gaining 12 lol--or not losing any--and I am definately feeling better.
