The beautiful Eastern Spinebill is honoured on the new $5 note. We spotted this stunning chap flitting around the shrubs at the Australian National Botanic Gardens on the weekend, enjoying the morning sun and some pollen for breakfast.

You can see how he gets him name.I first met Bung Knee about 3 years ago now and was very worried about him.
He is fine, his injury has healed and he leads a normal life.I have seen him run with his mob and he does so with ease.
Gee these Snowy brumbies are a tough lot.
