For lunch I had tuna salad on 12-grain bread and I also bought some apples and cherries this morning. At work when I get the munchies, I've been trying to snack more on fruit instead of junk. So tomorrow for lunch I'm taking 2 steamed BBQ pork buns and diced sweet potato. For a snack, I'm going to chow down on the beautiful cherries I bought this morning. Susie, that's what I'm thinking of making for Sunday dinner this week. I'm torn, though, between roasting the potatoes and making my awesome scalloped potatoes. Well, they're not mine, exactly. It's a recipe I found years ago and it makes the best scalloped potatoes I've ever had.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
good news for me--I lost 3 pounds this week. I saw a link about this--its called the "whoosh" effect---where you lose weight but it does not show on scales as you are holding onto fluid---and when you lose that fluid--you get the "whoosh" effect---made sense to me, as I have changed nothing over the last few weeks.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
