Hi everyone----sorry ive not been for ages---just been so busy. the good news is that since i started counting calories i have lost half a stone in the last 3 weeks, and 2 3/4 pounds just last week. Still keeping my meals simple--yesterday i had 45 gram cereal, fruit, yoghurt. lunchtime was crackers, cottage cheese and fruit, and yesterday evening i had 2 meat free burgers, with roasted peppers and tomatoes with peas and sweetcorn--and finished off with a small muller lemon yoghurt. I drink mostly water these days--an occasional cup of green tea, and a hot chocolate drink at night. so that is a typical day for me right now. I have managed to get into the next stone down, which I was not sure I would ever do, so that is a big psychological boost for me.
