Unsolicited Calls From Call Centres.

I had one this week, normally I just say no thanks & put the phone down, but this time for some reason I decided to go along with it.
The Indian gentleman on the phone was very grateful to me & I answered most of his questions & said are you in India trying to make a living for you & your family, he said he was.
I thought my good deed for the day.
Now I regret doing it, because since then several times a day I have had callers asking me if I'll switch to this firm, subscribe to something else, buy something, etc. One firm has rung me twice.
It does not pay to bother speaking to these people.

I just pick up the phone & say nothing, happened a moment ago, the person rang off.

The girl said it's fantastic .
Well it's cold and miserable here says i and she cut the call!

I just hang up, sometimes get loads one day and then nothing for a few days, then they start up again!
