My weight is up and down like a yo-yo. I'm used to it. I do my best to eat decent foods, but I don't kill myself anymore to stay a certain number on the scale.
Tonight for dinner I'm having a scrambled egg wrap with imitation crabmeat, sliced fresh tomatoes and one crumbled piece of bacon. I can get that bacon flavor without piling tons of it on.
