Blue Pool, Bermagui is one of the worlds top eight pools. Yep I'm saying world not just NSW, not just Australia but World. That's a pretty big thing to be Top eight in don't you think and you can see why. You've got to be up extra early to get a glassy shot like this one. I feel like I just want to slide myself all the way to the end.

Budgie Swarm, in the thick of it

I found this swarm of budgies near Onslow in WA. This photo displays the sheer scale of the numbers present in the flock. It was a truly awesome sight to behold. The sound of their shrieks and the whistle of wind foiling through their feathers was unreal. I was lucky enough to witness this twice over the last week.
