No he didn't .
He had an affair with her when she was 18 and it lasted until she was 32.
18 is not that young and while it was sleazy and wrong the girl was not a child and it was a pretty nasty thing to have an affair with your friends Dad too.

The girl said it started when she was 13.

Well she lied to her parents her friend and her friends mother and she carried on an affair with him until she was 32 before she tried to blackmail him so why should anyone believe anything she says ?

We can dicker back and forth on this one ... but .. didn't Rolf himself admit in court that she was 13?
Whatever happened after .. that means he's abused and exploited a child.

He was found guilty of offences against children...he's served time, he's on licence and until a court says otherwise...he's guilty.

Unless anyone has catagorical proof that suggests otherwise then it's GUILTY AS CHARGED.
