Slightly off topic perhaps, but still to do with animals in this heat.

What about those poor horses being made to race at the opening of Ascot today?
All for money of course.

Not to mention all the cat owners who chuck tiddles out the door at 8am without water or shadow and sod off to work .. We have put a large bowl of water at the end of the drive and OH refreshes it several times a day.
When he put it down about 6 cats came running over, poor things are parched!
