Had plumber here at lunchtime - trying to sort out my c/h boiler - now needs spare parts. As a consequence I didn't get a proper lunch today, so waited till the take away opened, phoned up and had chinese delivered to me. It was fabulous and I was ravenous!!!

Just eating a fish cake, crispy potato slices (and mixed veg with butter, cooked in the micro.). And some cream soda.

I had a chicken kiev too! With mixed veg, cooked in the micro in butter, and crispy potato slices with cheese sprinkled over.

Being descended on by District Nurses this morning, so after they have gone, will put a steak & Kidney pud in the steamer with some veg and a sweet potato, and make a little gravy to accompany it all.
