Is that what we're saying here?
Hi

That may be what his supporters are saying, but it is not as simple as that.

Afghanistan is not on the safe list, but parts of the Country are deemed to be safe.

Certain occupations are also deemed to be safer than others.

We do deport to Afghanistan, as do Germany and Sweden and others.

We also deport to Syria, which is a more dangerous Country, again, as do others.

There is no presumption that because you are Afghani you cannot be deported.

He could have applied for asylum in any EU Country he crossed and then, if he had been accepted, applied to enter the UK on the grounds of family connections.

He chose not to.

As for the beheading bit, that I do not buy at all.

In Afghanistan it is the Taliban who are beheaded by ISIS, who they are fighting.

All that is irrelevant, the courts have ordered he is safe from deportation and should be returned to the UK.

If a private individual had ignored the courts they would feel the full weight of the law.

The Law is not a case for personal interpretation.

If the law is wrong it should be changed......not over ridden by the Home Secretary............that is a dictatorship.

Hi

The Courts have said he is to be returned at this moment in time for his appeal to be heard, they have not said that he is permanently free from deportation.

If our Home Secretary had any sense at all she would have just declared him persona non grata.

But don't ignore the law as it stands.

Bruv it appears the man has been to Kabul ( where he didn't get beheaded) and has now returned to the UK where his father is already residing .
He will be here for ever no doubt and the lawyers and useless judges will be the real winners.

It is all irrelevant, he can still be sent back in due course and be separated from his head.

Hi

He could remain here and get killed by a Terrorist.

His father, for whom he is now allegedly the sole carer, abandoned him in Afghanistan before he was 5 years old.

Strange that he has survived all this time and has only recently been in fear of his life.

Are you suggesting that we import the other 33 million on the off chance they may get hurt?

Now one of the saner contributors has joined the nut jobs......begging your pardon.

How does upholding the law of the land in this instance, turn into inviting 33 million Afghans into the country ?

Hi

You wrote earlier, about him being separated from his head if he was sent back.

This is what this is all about.

It sets a precedent which would allow any Afghani who entered the UK illegally to stay.

It is the function of the Judiciary to ensure that due process is followed.

It is not the function of the Judiciary to determine the safety of a Country, that decision is taken by others.

It is my view that in this instance both the Home Secretary and the Judiciary have overstepped the mark.
