Exercise should not planned, it should be routine, and if possible, rewarded, financially.

Very informative piece Gumbud, thanks for bringing it to my attention. In this instance the dentist believes it was the dead root of a tooth that had caused the abscess, my face had always been tender down that side so it must have been dead or dying for quite some time. The good news is, the pain is diminishing every day and with the help of the Amoxicillin should be all gone by Sunday.....The planned come back!

I disagree Spitty, exercise should not be financially rewarding or it makes it a job and loses it's magic. I find, running in particular, takes me away from the shackles of the establishment and allows my mind to roam free. While I jog down that long road to infinity I have complete control of my destiny with nobody telling me what to do or how to do it.....I am King!

Bob you may be King, but that doesn't mean you wont get into trouble if you do too much too soon. Just ask Mrs Fox if you don't believe me!
