Home Secretary breaking the law

Three times the courts told her to return Samim Bigzad, a 23-year-old asylum seeker who was cowering in a hotel room in Kabul, threatened with beheading by the Taliban. Three times she refused, thinking she knew best and the courts had got it wrong. It displayed a disdainful arrogance for the courts and the law.

She must believe she has a god given right...............rather than being entrusted by the electorate to up hold the laws of the land.

But only for as long as they want her to do so.

Re: Home Secretary breaking the law

Hi

He came here illegally, end of story, out he goes.

He has no right to remain under International Law.

The UK has a long and proud history of taking genuine refugees.

He fled his Country, he could have claimed Asylum in the first Safe Country, instead he choose not to.

He could have claimed Asylum in the UK from that Country, on the grounds of family connections.

He choose not to, instead he choose to pay people smugglers a fortune to get him here illegally, crossing many Countries who would have given him Asylum if what he says was true.

Genuine refugees do not have any money, just grateful for a place of safety in a refugee camp.

I am immensely proud that we take 20,000 a year of these genuine refugees here in the UK,

We should not take this man or any other Economic Migrant at all, in fact we should be deporting them by the thousands every week.

No doubt all that was considered by the courts and they STILL told Theresa May and Amber Rudd to return him to the UK. Do we abide by the rule of law or do we get dictated to by scumbag 'nasty party' officials???

Would you really like me to list the numerous times the Labour Party have broken the law, condoned the breaking of laws and supported the breaking of laws by others my little revolutionary?
