Have defrosted a pork medallion, will make a casserole with sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, swede, celeriac, onion and garlic, peppers and the medallion.

A Lidl cheese topped roll for lunch, and for ease of cooking when home from my appt later, a ready meal of salmon, watercress sauce, potatoes and veg.

So many yummy foods! My lunch today will be...peach slices sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg, cottage cheese and crakers.
