I did the quiz but, at the end, where they asked for my name, e mail and postcode I decided that it was just another marketing gimmick so couldn't get my result.The stress of people trying to contact me to persuade me to buy something I don't need would do more damage to my health than my lifestyle.

I always tick boxes that ask for no further contact, yet I am amazed by how many associated companies manage to get my name, address and e mail .
