UK's share oh EU assets?

Just like a divorce, there may be future liabilities.
But conveniently ignored is the distribution of assets.
But no doubt some will say the UK will have to accept whatever the EU deigns to allow.

Re: UK's share oh EU assets?

Hi

Simple response, stuff that for a game of marbles.

That is why I do not want us to rush.

We have paid into the EU vast amounts of money for decades.

The EU is intent on blling us for future commitments.

We should be billing them for our Contributions to EU infrastructure.

I do not have an issue with paying our share of EU Pensions, we would have had to pay them if we had directly employed them.

I know, I know, many of you would object.

I don't.

We would have had to pa them if they had been directly employed by us.

There is a simple solution to this however.

We sue VW Audi, Seat and Skoda for fiddling their Emissions.

The USA has, we should do the same.

Merkel would have to pa, so no cost to us.

You owe a billion plus interest just for the EU money in Crossrail and over 2 billion for universities.

It's obvious we just need to add up all we owe and all we are owed then act accordingly.

Hi

Yes we do, noargument about that.

We pay what we owe, but we collect what the EU owes us.

We also. Sell off our EU assets including our 16 % of the EU Bank

Assuming that a billion is a thousand Million, then the 60, or so, million Brits could pay those billions off, at a pound each per month, over quite a short period of time.

I'm game to treat it like a hire purchase agreement...if we decide that we must pay it in!

That's very true, but surely the aim is to claim more from them than they claim from us!

It's largely pathetic.

They are doing their best to make an example of us and making the departure as painful as possible.

It's akin to dealing with a bunch of kids who've not got their own way and are spitting the dummy.

It just reinforces their pathetic child like pedantic nature and the need to leave asap.
Lets hope many others follow soon and it all collapses into a pile of steaming turd which it always was.

I think it's also showing just what they think of us and tbh who wants to belong to a club where everyone is out to scam them and hates them ?
