I usually have fruit and natural yoghurt for breakfast. Either bananas and kiwi or strawberries or nectarine. Plus a salad for lunch and casserole for dinner. So I think that must be at least 10....potatoes apparently don't count. Which isn't fair at all I've even read spuds are an alzheimers risk...
