What a d***head I am.
Took my pal to the airport at about 0500hrs this morning, dropped him off and upon leaving the drop off zone he called me to say he'd left his man bag in the car, so I returned and gave it to him.As I exited the airport I became aware of a knocking sound, this continued for a few minutes so I pulled over and listened, yep a definite knocking sound....very quiet but noticeable.
Recalling Fender's thread about his Mazda's engine problems and coupled with the RX-8's fragility I was more than a tad worried.
That is until I realised the source.....when my pal rang, my Hand's Free kicked in, muted the stereo and hadn't cancelled when the call ended......the sound was the drumbeat from one of my Reggae CD's.
