Do odours change as you get older?

Why?

Please excuse my being blunt......recently my pee has smelt like Sugar Puffs and my farts like coconut milk

None of which I've ingested for years.

Maybe someone else has used your toilet, previous to you, who had consumed breakfast cereal, then a Masala.

Oh my goodness, please, quick someone pass me the smelling salts....l feel rather Hyacinth Bouquetish at what l have just read!

Go to a mens' public toilet and have a sniff in there, then you'll see you have nothing to worry about!

You sure you haven't got a sugar puff lodged up one nostril, and a hard boiled egg left in your trouser pocket?
